Unless stated otherwise, invoices are payable within the period noted on the invoice. We do not sell hours.

Ownership of work

Unless agreed otherwise in writing, on full payment you own the work we deliver specifically for you — the code, the configuration, and your data. We retain ownership of any pre-existing tools, libraries, and general know-how we bring to the engagement, and we grant you the licence needed to use the delivered work for your business.

Your responsibilities

To do our best work we rely on you to provide accurate information, timely access to the systems and people we need, and prompt feedback and approvals. You are responsible for ensuring that any data or materials you give us can lawfully be used for the agreed purpose.

Third-party services

Our work often integrates third-party tools and platforms (for example, scheduling, payment, messaging, or job-management software). Your use of those services is subject to their own terms, and we are not responsible for their availability, performance, or pricing.

Warranties and disclaimers

We provide our services with reasonable skill and care. Except as expressly stated in a signed agreement, the website and any general information on it are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Limitation of liability
